The Amalfi Coast is arguably the most beautiful place on earth and the fall is the perfect time to visit. The crowds have dissipated a bit, the sun is shining and it’s not too hot.

Our home for the week will be an 18th century Palazzo with enchanting rooms and beautiful frescoed walls overlooking the Amalfi Coast and the Gulf of Salerno.
Lose yourself in the culture and beauty of times gone by. Sit in the delightful gardens (with an outdoor Jacuzzi) or enjoy the view from your private room with en-suite bathroom.

* Boat excursion from Vietri to Positano with a stop in Amalfi to shop and explore.

Pasta class in Gragnano
Wine tastings and tours at 3 wineries
Tour the ruins in Paestum
Learn to make pizza from a Maestro Pizzaiolo in Napoli
Hike down the lemon grove with Limoncello tasting
Mozzarella making in Ravello
Visit the buffalo farm and taste buffalo milk gelato

Each day will start with breakfast on the terrace, we will have lunch at each amazing place we are visiting that day and then retire to our villa for dinner, prepared for us by our private chef.

Wine is included with meals.

Also included is transportation from and to Napoli or Salerno and daily transportation, all excursions, entrance fees, and guides.
Tour does not include airfare.

Cost: $4,900 per person, double occupancy.

A $1000 per person non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.

Umbrian Food, Wine and Life Tour.

Solo Travelers Welcome

October 20th to 27th

Umbria is a region known for its rich culture, stunning views, storied artisans, amazing food and delicious wine.

It is not a region know for crowded tourist attractions.

Join me to see the real Italian lifestyle.

Experience the less traveled Italy with me Lavinia and our friends as your guide.

Please join me and to see, taste, and live it all.

Our days will be filled with wine tasting, visiting artisans, truffle hunting, cheese and salumi making, cooking classes and countless #wineswithaview.

We will also visit:

Assisi the home of St Francis.

Perugia where we will tour the weekly organic farmers market. Then ride the “MiniMetro” to explore this Etruscan city and finishing with a visit to a chocolate maker.

Deruta the city known for ceramics. We will tour the factories and learn the rich history of ceramic making in Italy. While there why not pick out a piece to remember our visit?

We will also take in several other villages including Montefalco, Spello, Bavagna. and Trevi. We are hoping to partake in a festival or two.

Each day will start with a modest Italian style breakfast (believe me you’re going to want to save room as we will constantly be eating and drinking) we will have lunch at which ever amazing place we are visiting that day and then retire to our villa for dinner prepared for us by our private award winning chef.
